The oaths are the product of a deep psycadelic bond between three starcrossed and deeply musical brothers, arturo la madrid, an established jazz musician and producer, andres romo, lead singer of antoine reverb (mx) and poncho, an experienced drummer and past collaborator of arturo's. Forming in guadalajara, jalisco in 2009, the oaths immediately took their new sonic force to the people, playing alongside the likes of trentemoller, junior boys and hot chip. After rounding out the year with a season in Playa del Carmen over new year, the boys are spending some much needed studio time, the fruits of which will be coming out over the course of 2011, starting with Astronomy, The Oaths debut E.P.
